About Us

Jason Ashman

Jason is the director of Stage2Sound ltd and has over 20 years experience in event production. Jason works endlessly from the starting concept to the finished event to produce the best standard of production for our clients.

Jason began the business as a humble passion project, starting in his family home where he honed the craft and built the foundation for what has become a trusted name in event production.

As the company has grown so did the need for a bigger team. Alongside Jason we have an established team of freelancers as well as having his wife help him on a day to day basis.

Isabel Ashman

While my husband Jason leads the company, I support him by managing the day-to-day operations, from handling admin tasks to overseeing our warehouse.

I also handle small dry hire jobs, providing personalized support to customers who need equipment for their own events.

Outside of the office, I’m a skilled metal worker, bringing creativity and precision to custom projects that often support our event setups. Whether it’s crafting bespoke stage elements or repairing equipment, I love using my craft to contribute to the success of Stage 2 Sound.
